Stephanie Urell

FNP-C

RightCare Family Practice started as a dream while Stephanie was embarking on her journey to become a Nurse Practitioner. Her mentor, Dr. Anil Nachnani, encouraged her to follow her dreams. In 2014, RightCare Family Practice became a reality.

The practice started in Skilled Nursing Facilities and has continued to grow. Stephanie, owner, states, “I could not have done this without all of the support of my family, friends, mentors, church, and most importantly God.” She is excited to see how her dream can change peoples lives in the Gallatin and surrounding areas.

Lacey Gober

Nurse Practitioner

Lacey Gober is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner, specializing in pediatric primary care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Belmont University in 2019. Her love for working with children grew while working as a registered nurse at Monroe Carrel Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt where she was captivated by her patient’s resilience and strength. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2022 and began working in pediatric primary care as a nurse practitioner. Lacey finds it a privilege to care for children and their families alongside the other providers at RightCare and is excited to see patients in her hometown of Gallatin, TN.

In her time off, Lacey enjoys spending time outdoors, at ballgames, and exploring new places with her husband and two children. She believes that being a mother is a valuable resource as a provider because it helps her relate to her patients and their parents on a personal level. She also enjoys furthering her education by researching functional medicine and applying a holistic approach to healthcare.
