Stephanie Urell
RightCare Family Practice started as a dream while Stephanie was embarking on her journey to become a Nurse Practitioner. Her mentor, Dr. Anil Nachnani, encouraged her to follow her dreams. In 2014, RightCare Family Practice became a reality.
The practice started in Skilled Nursing Facilities and has continued to grow. Stephanie, owner, states, “I could not have done this without all of the support of my family, friends, mentors, church, and most importantly God.” She is excited to see how her dream can change peoples lives in the Gallatin and surrounding areas.
Kathryn Helson
Kathryn began her journey in health care in 2009 as a nurse in the Trauma ICU at Vanderbilt. Her passion to care for others and serve her community led to her decision to obtain her FNP degree. Kathryn worked with Stephanie for over a year and completed her clinical hours. Kathyrn states; “When I started my clinical rotation at Right Care Family Practice I felt blessed to get to be a part of this practice and the wonderful community it serves”. Kathryn is looking forward to building lasting relationships with those in need of healthcare services in Gallatin and the surrounding communities.
Kathryn has called middle Tennessee home for the majority of her life. When not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, family and friends.

Erin-Paige McCarroll
Erin-Paige began her career working with children and families as a psychiatric care manager. Erin-Paige has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. After working with this population, Erin-Paige realized her passion for the medical field. She then obtained her Associate’s Degree and became a Registered Nurse. Shortly after, she worked at Tristar Skyline with ICU step down and respiratory patients as she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Subsequently, she obtained her Master’s of Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner. She also has experience working with post surgical, critical care, trauma, and urgent care patients. She spent a year working in Urgent Care and concierge Aesthetics as a nurse practitioner before joining the Right Care team. Erin-Paige obtained majority of her clinical rotation hours with Stephanie at Right Care and she is so excited to be joining the practice to serve the community of her hometown.
She grew up in the Gallatin area and currently resides in Goodlettsville with her husband, daughter and two dogs. In her free time, she loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends.
